Waste Diversion

Hand-sorted by Our Team

Our dedicated staff plays a critical role in keeping waste out of landfills. After every event, all trash is hand-sorted into 12 separate waste streams to maximize recycling and responsible disposal.

These streams include:

• Cardboard

• Plastic

• Aluminum Cans

• Glass

• Wood Pallets

• Used Cooking Oil

• E-Waste

• Batteries

• (and more)

This extra effort ensures we are going beyond standard recycling—diverting thousands of pounds of waste from the landfill every year.

Food Waste Solutions

1. ORCA Food Digester

Our food digester helps break down organic waste on-site, reducing the environmental impact of both food prep and post-event cleanup.

2. Community Food Donation

Whenever possible, our team safely donates leftover food to local organizations like First One Ministry, helping feed our community while cutting down on waste.

Leading by Example

As a LEED Platinum-certified venue, we are proud to set the standard in sustainable operations for sports and entertainment venues. From our staff’s hands-on involvement to our cutting-edge equipment, we’re building a more sustainable future— right here in Milwaukee.
